CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sidvedha, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Ayurvedic hair and skin products. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at sidvedha1@gmail with your order number.
  • Special Occasion Products: Orders for products purchased during special promotions are final and cannot be canceled. These limited-time offers are non-cancellable.
Exchange/Return Policy
  • Exchanges/Returns: We do not offer exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, or item). For questions before completing your purchase, please contact us .
  • Damaged/Incorrect Products: If you receive a bottle that is damaged or not as described, please contact our Customer Service Team before using it. We will assist you with the replacement process. 
Conditions for Return
  • Report any damaged or incorrect bottles within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be UNUSED and in their original packaging, including all price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • Ensure that return bottles are securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Email us to inform us of the return. Include your original order ID in the email. After we receive the returned bottle, we will process your refund and notify you within 15 working days.
  • If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product at no additional charge.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned bottle.
  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be credited back to your card within seven working days and will appear on your next statement.
  • For net banking payments, refunds will be credited to your bank account.
